Our aim is not simply to sing worship songs on Sunday morning. We long to lead, disciple, and prepare the next generation of lead worshipers. I started leading worship for college ministry at First Lubbock in January of 2013, and I came on staff full time in May of 2016. I graduated from South Plains College with my Associate's Degree in Commercial Music in 2013, and I graduated from Wayland Baptist University with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in 2015. I continue to be a student of The Word and enjoy learning from Bible scholars and Theologians as my faith is stretched by an ever humble-heart and hungry mind.

I love how our church is just one big extended family. I know there are several people I could call in an emergency who wouldn’t hesitate to help. My church family is who I want to hang out with, laugh with, and do life with.
