Tell us a bit about yourself.  When did you come to First Lubbock?

I first came to FBC as a sophomore at Tech. I promised myself I would "shop" around for the best church. Lucky me, I found the best one right away, FBC! I never visited another church in town. I got involved in the College Ministry where I met my husband. Now we have three kids!

What's your favorite place you've visited?

I cannot choose...Alaska, Hawaii, or Colorado mountains!

 

Other than Jesus, what historical figure would you most like to meet?

​John the Baptist or one of the twelve disciples

What are a few of your hobbies?

I never devote enough time to my hobbies, but I love painting and making pottery. I guess I like art! As a family we have loved camping!

What do you love most about First Lubbock?

First Lubbock is my family. I still have great friends from college who attend here. My kids grew up knowing that they are loved by an entire church. It's where I love to be!

 

What would you say to a guest to encourage them on their journey to finding a church home?

At First Lubbock, you and your kids will hear about Jesus! You will get to know people from all walks of life and have opportunities to serve others. It's a place that will lift you up when life gets hard and rejoice with you when life is good.
